twitter launches initial test of new unmention option giving users the power to remove themselves from tweets @officialotito3_
First the headlines
Big Congratss to our dear lovely and diversed judge Ketanji Brown on her confirmation to the supreme court.
America is on the right path.
NOW the main issue.
after testing the option for the best part of unmention last year.
Twitter appears to’ve now released an initial live test to selected users, which will enable users remove themselves from tweets they no longer wanna get involved or feels uncomfortable with.

Preview of what i’m saying shown in the GIF above.
as seen in the GIF provided by Twitter below shows that unmentioning yourself from a tweet will display that
your username is untagged from the original tweets and replies.
users will no longer be able to mention you within that tweets or chats.
you’ll no longer be able to get updates related to that tweets.
your username will still appear,in text form,in initial tweets that you’re earlier engaged with, but you be an active part of that tweets or any chats related to it.
this may be a preview of the talked about Twitter pile-on,based on misguided or misplaced tweets or simply to silence or mute discussions which may be causing you distress. Mainly,it’s like the Removetagfromphoto' option, but for chats instead.
Twitter first unveiled this option in june last year as part of preview of tweets control being handed over to the users, which also includes tools to avoid unwanted @ Mentions, and to prevents tweeps from mentioning you in a tweets.
again, this could help users avoid their critics, peoples, opponents etc on the app, giving the user power over engaging him/her in an unwanted tweets. Hurray!!!!!!!!!, thats what i want.
Samsung reputation hits up,as prices soar down for a new premium phone.
Samsung electronics {005930.ks} flagship Galaxy S22 smartphone has received a hit from reports of back or secret or hobbled performances and has made carriers cut down its prices at home in South Korea just weeks since its launch.
consumers have complained and even went further in filing a lawsuit against the phone maker advertising what it called its most powerful smartphone yet with scant detail about performance management they say drastically slows the premium device when using processor-intensive applications.
Such are the complaints that the Korea Fair Trade Commission last month began investigating the world's biggest phone vendor.
The controversy represents a blow to Samsung's reputation for high-end handsets - and potentially its finances - as it tries to make up for two years of premium sales that missed analyst estimates and reverse a decline in market share.
"The dispute will inevitably be a big hit to Samsung's credibility," said analyst Lee Seung-woo at Eugene Investment & Securities.

Russian spies trying to intrude microsoft software!!!!
Microsoft Corp (MSFT.O) said on Thursday it had disrupted hacking attempts by Russian military spies aimed at breaking into Ukrainian, European Union, and American targets.
In a blog post, the tech firm said a group it nicknamed "Strontium" was using seven internet domains as part of an effort to spy on government bodies and think tanks in the EU and the United States, as well as Ukrainian institutions such as media organizations.
Microsoft did not identify any of the targets by name.
Strontium is Microsoft's moniker for a group others often call Fancy Bear or APT28 - a hacking squad linked to Russia's military intelligence agency.
The Russian Embassy in Washington did not immediately return a message seeking comment.
Ukraine has been buffeted or attempted by hacking attempts since Russian forces invaded the country in February.
